This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for cancelling your subscription with PostDyno and requesting refunds. By using our service, you agree to this policy.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

  • From your Account Dashboard, navigate to "Subscription" and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email our customer support team at support@postdyno.com with your cancellation request
  • Contact our customer service at +1-XXX-XXX-XXXX during business hours

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan with limited features.

Note: Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically issue a refund for any previous payments.

Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after your initial payment, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our customer support team at support@postdyno.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally processed under the following circumstances:

  • Request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues prevented you from using our service properly, and our support team was unable to resolve them
  • Service did not perform as described

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Important: We do not provide refunds for subscription renewals or for subscriptions after the initial 14-day period has expired, except as required by applicable law.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we find evidence of:

  • Fraud or abuse of our refund policy
  • Extensive use of our service during the trial period
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
